Francis "Franc" DiBari is the Manager of Physician Recruitment. As such, he leads the Mission Health recruiting team, which is dedicated to attracting and retaining the best physicians and medical providers for the benefit of local and regional communities.
Prior to joining Mission Health, Franc had a 27-year career as an internationally respected executive search leader known for providing exemplary client service. He led the completion of more than 750 searches for Fortune 50 corporations, higher education and medical device manufacturers in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim. Additionally, Franc is a certified executive and personal coach.
Franc holds a B.A. in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University.
